Delivery Times

Delivery is free for all orders to the UK MAINLAND. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order if you live outside the UK Mainland.

All of our items are hand made to order and we don’t hold any stock. By doing this, it allows us to offer many different sizes and colours.
Smaller items like shelves, toilet roll holders and coat racks generally have a lead time of two to five working days.
Larger items like breakfast bars, PC table and HIFI units take a little longer to make, so please expect lead times to be between one to four weeks.
ALL LEAD TIMES are subject to change are largely dependent on the volume of orders we are experiencing at the point of order.

For our deliveries, we either use DHL or APC for delivery. Both should give SMS (texts) updates once shipped. You should also receive all the tracking details at the point of shipping.

Returns Policy

Any damages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition to command a full refund. The customer has 14 days to notify us that they’d like to return any items and 28 days to ensure that the item reaches us. As they don’t have a resale value, we don’t offer returns for bespoke items.
